Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Skool of Hip Hop, we aim to provide the best dance learning experience to all our students. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

• All fees paid for online classes, offline programs, or workshops are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
• This includes fees for monthly memberships, exclusive programs, or short-term workshops.

2. Refund Exceptions

A partial or full refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The class or workshop is canceled by Skool of Hip Hop without a rescheduled date.
• Technical issues from our side prevent access to paid online classes and remain unresolved.
• A duplicate payment is made by the user.

3. No Refund Situations

• The participant decides not to continue after enrollment for personal or financial reasons.
• The participant fails to attend classes, workshops, or live sessions.
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations (e.g., choreography or instructor style).
• Removal due to violation of community rules or misconduct.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Once enrollment is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• In special cases, a credit adjustment may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• The amount is credited to the original payment method used.
